Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 Part  TasteMaker Balsamic Vinegar

2 Parts  Good quality olive oil

Combine and shake. That’s it.

A dressing made from olives and grapes with no nasty additives.

Keep refrigerated and shake before use.

Roast Vegetables

 

˝ cup TasteMaker Aged Balsamic Vinegar

˝ cup olive oil

Variety of vegetables for roasting

Quarter all the vegetables, stir to coat with the vinegar and oil, and roast at 200°C for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
