Ingredients 1kg potatoes,quartered lengthwise 2 T melted butter 1 T vegetable oil TasteMaker Malt Vinegar Coarse salt |

Preheat oven to 280°C. Toss potato wedges in oil and melted butter and spread in a single layer on a tray lined with baking paper. Roast for 20-30 minutes until golden, turning once. Season with salt and sprinkle with TasteMaker Malt Vinegar. |

50g fresh mint leaves, stripped from stems & chopped 250ml TasteMaker Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoon sugar |
Heat the vinegar in a saucepan, add sugar and chopped leaves. Simmer for 20 minutes. Fill jars with sauce while the jars are still warm. Seal tightly. |
