Easy Red Wine Vinaigrette |

1 Part TasteMaker Red Wine Vinegar 2 Parts Good quality olive oil |

TasteMaker Chocolate Vinegar |

250ml TasteMaker Red Wine Vinegar 120g sugar 50g grated dark cooking chocolate |
Heat the vinegar in a frypan and stir in the sugar until dissolve. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the chocolate until dissolved, then remove from the heat and pour into a lidded jar. Great over fruit. |
